PROCEDURE FOR PERSON UNDER SUPERVISION:
IN ORDER TO NOTIFY YOU THAT A TEST IS SCHEDULED, WE UTILIZE A TELEPHONE ANSWERING SERVICE. YOU WILL BE INSTRUCTED WHEN TO REPORT FOR TESTING VIA A RECORDED TELEPHONE MESSAGE.
You must call daily, Monday thru Friday, regardless of when you were last tested, since "back to back" testing is sometimes required.
The daily call-in hours are from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM (for the next day), Monday through Friday. This gives you 21 hours to call in and see whether you have been scheduled to report. If the line is busy when you call, simply hang up and try again later. Be sure to call during the indicated time and LISTEN TO THE ENTIRE MESSAGE. We record each day's message so that we have a permanent record of those clients who were instructed to report. DO NOT LEAVE ANY MESSAGE WHEN YOU CALL.
To avoid using names, each client is assigned a unique color code. Your officer will advise you which color you have been assigned.
When your specific color is mentioned, you are to report to your assigned U.S. Probation Office on the date stated in the recording.
